Mark Andrews agrees to 3-year extension with Ravens

OWINGS MILLS, MD. Crows rewarded tight end Mark Andrews with a three-year extension on Wednesday, securing his future in Baltimore.

The extension is worth $39.3 million and includes $26 million guaranteed, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter. Andrews, 30, was scheduled to become a free agent at the end of the season.

This season, Andrews became only the second tight end in the NFL to earn the franchise's Triple Crown, joining Kansas City Chiefs' Travis Kelsey. Andrews leads the Ravens in career catches with 473 receptions, 5,862 receiving yards and 56 receiving touchdowns.

“Mark is the Ravens' all-time greatest player, a top player and a Pro Bowl player who is also an important part of our Baltimore community,” Ravens general manager Eric DeCosta said.

Andrews, a third-round draft pick in 2018, has long Lamar Jacksonfavorite target. But Andrews has seen his impact on the passing game diminish, averaging 27.7 yards per game this year.
