He remains sidelined with a lower body injury. Freeman missed all three of Syracuse's losses in Vegas.

In Vegas, head coach Adrian Autry said Freeman's injury does not mean the end of the season and that he expects the forward to return soon.
The injury was reported to be unrelated to the right foot injury Freeman dealt with as a freshman.
In four games, he averaged 17.8 points per game before being injured in a win over Monmouth.
