Pete Hegseth
Full Metal Franklin
…The secretary turns a cartoon character into a killer
Published
Carefully! The last target of the Ministry of War is our entire childhood… Pete Hegseth turned beloved children's book character Franklin the Turtle into a bloodthirsty killing machine in an AI-generated photo published Sunday.
Pete signed the post“For your Christmas wish list…” along with a fake book cover titled “Franklin Targets Narco-Terrorists.”
The fake cover features a 6-year-old turtle from the animated series Full Metal Jacket hanging from a helicopter, happily shooting a missile at a manned boat while wearing a US military vest. No sign of Franklin's best friend, Bear… he might be storming the Capitol.
Pete – believed to be a 45-year-old man, although you wouldn't know from his X account – made the post after it was reported that he had ordered operatives to “kill everyone” on a Venezuelan ship that was allegedly transported drugs in the Caribbean on September 2.

According to Washington Postthe boat was hit twice to carry out Pete's supposed orders.
Former military lawyer Todd Huntley told the publication that killing any of the people on the boats “amounts to murder” because we are not fighting a legitimate war with them… and that if the alleged traffickers failed to fight, killing them could be considered a “war crime.”
But at least Pete is reading! So this is…
