Watch: Trump Considers Extending Obamacare Subsidies

Amanda Seitz, KFF Health News health policy reporter in Washington, appeared on NewsNation NewsNation Live with Connell McShane Nov. 24 to discuss President Donald Trump's latest health care proposal.

Seitz noted that the plan, which has not been formally announced, could extend expiring more generous subsidies that would help many Americans pay their share of Affordable Care Act premiums. But the extension would likely impose restrictions sought by Republicans, including changes to eligibility for the expanded aid, she said.
