Tormented Souls 2 follows Caroline after the horrific events at Wildberger Hospital. She now lives with her sister Anna, hoping for peace. Instead, Anna is haunted by violent visions that seep into her artwork and the drawings begin to become reality. In search of a cure, Caroline travels to the isolated mountain town of Villa Hess in southern Chile to seek help at a secretive clinic hidden among the mountains. Behind his calm exterior lies a dark truth. They soon find themselves embroiled in a new and disturbing challenge that gets worse with every step.
