The doctor then began explaining to Kardashian that the “holes” meant “low activity.”
“In comparison, the front part of your brain is less active than it should be,” the doctor continued, comparing Kardashian's brain scan to another.
“With your frontal lobe currently functioning, it will be more difficult to cope with stress, and this is not good for you, especially when you are studying and preparing for exams,” he added.

During her confessional in the episode, Kardashian told producers, “It just can't happen. It just can't. Not accept.”
The clip then went back to the doctor, who said, “For some reason you're not getting – and it could be the chronic stress you've been under, trying to think about sitting on the board in a couple of months and studying for ten hours a day, not to mention all the other things that are going on in your life.”
“I need to make a plan to really get into this because I have some stuff to do this summer,” the reality star and SKIMS founder told producers.
