Andy Diouf highlighted both his ambition and his progress under Christian Chivu following Inter's 2-0 win away to Pisa.

Diouf admitted that he is happy with the rhythm he has found this season, but made it clear that his goal is to continue to earn more minutes.

“I'm happy because I'm playing a lot and increasing my minutes, even if I always want to play more,” he said.
“I'm very happy, I need to keep pushing. Kivu helps me a lot and talks to me a lot to help me improve.”
The Frenchman also stressed that his integration into the squad has accelerated after a difficult start.
He joined Inter at the end of the summer. and he needed time to improve his fitness and become familiar with the Kivu system.
Ahead of the remainder of the campaign, Diouf kept his goals measured but firm. “Step by step I want to play more and more,” he added.
“It wasn’t easy at first because I didn’t participate in pre-season training with the team, but now I’m finding more and more space.”
Inter's midfield depth has been a storyline all season and Diouf's continued rise offers Kivo another valuable option as matches get tighter.
