As we reported, a judge dismissed the case against former FBI Director James Comey on a technicality, ruling that the appointment of interim U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan, who brought the case, was invalid. Thus, it was not a decision on the merits of the case and it was dismissed without prejudice, so it could potentially be filed again, although there is a potential statute of limitations issue.
The Department of Justice (DOJ) has already said it will appeal the decision. So I don't think Comey should take that victory lap just yet because it looks like there's more to come.

FBI Director Cash Patel also made some intriguing statements. during an interview with The Epoch Times. He said that while the Justice Department may be considering an appeal, they also have “many options to proceed, and we will pursue all of those options.”

“So we’re not done yet,” Patel said pointedly. “I would say stay tuned right after Thanksgiving, and I think you'll see a lot of responses.” Hmm, sounds good, pass the popcorn. It definitely sounds like he has more than one choice. He seems confident in what he has.
That was not all. Patel had even more juicy news for us about these “burn bags.” At the end of July, we reported the stunning news that the FBI had found a room containing bags containing documents from the Russia investigation. This has raised many questions as to what might be in these documents. Patel said all this information will be published so we can see it.

“This is the biggest weaponization, the politicization of law enforcement against America, aimed specifically at a political party because the institutional elite in Washington, D.C., didn't like them and didn't want them to win.
“American society deserves not only accountability, but reform to ensure this never happens.”
I think it's time to bring it all to light, we will see everything and finally get some accountability.
