Manufacturers are seeking to raise prices to support the era of artificial intelligence, towards which we are blindly moving in our sleep. Black Friday weekend could be your last chance to save on PC hardware for a while.
We've already seen the hard iBuyPower PC assembly at Walmart reducedbut if you need some extra grunt then Alienware Aurora's offerings are well worth considering. Dell is offering up to 30% price reduction on various Aurora R16 models.

All of the models we're talking about here feature an RTX 5080 GPU, offering a great balance between 4K gaming and high frame rates without the comically inflated price tag. This means they rely on 50-series technology such as NVIDIA DLSS 4 to generate multiple frames to maintain high frame rates.
This is far from an ideal solution, but it seems to be where we are going now.
Beyond the GPU, a setup with 32GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, plus an Intel Core Ultra 7 processor, will cost you $1,814.99 in Black Friday deals, which is 30% off the MSRP of $2,579.99.
From there you can of course increase the price. A model with an Intel Core Ultra 9 processor, 2 TB of internal memory, 32 GB of RAM and the same RTX 5080 will cost you $2,249.99, down from $3,199.99 (30% more).
Finally, the $3,399.99 model is now $2,449.99 (28% off) and includes the same as above, only with 64GB of DDR5 RAM.
Naturally, that's a high price, but the Aurora R16 can also be equipped with something like the RTX 5060 for $999.99 at a lower price.
Personally, this case is much nicer than my big, bulky computer, and I appreciate the neon accents too.
