Panic meter high in Philadelphia.
The Eagles lost their second straight game, this time a 24–15 loss to the Chicago Bears in a battle of 8–3 teams in front of a disappointed home crowd.
The end of every Eagles drive in the first half ended with loud cheers from the crowd. The Birds had 83 yards of offense in the first 30 minutes, while former Eagle D'Andre Swift alone had 88 yards of offense and a 13-yard catch.
The Bears had 232 yards of total offense before halftime.

The start of the second half wasn't much different, with Philadelphia coming out with three goals to go away. Jalen Hurts threw the next interception. However, something clicked in the third when the Eagles needed just five plays to go 92 yards, with the final 33 yards coming as a result of AJ Brown landing. However, the Eagles missed the extra point and Chicago led 10–9.
The momentum was in the Eagles' hands as Caleb Williams made an interception at the line of scrimmage, but the Bears responded by forcing and recovering the ball on a push. The Bears continued to force the ball down the Eagles' throats, and this time seventh-round rookie Kyle Monangai ran the length of the field and found the end zone, giving Chicago a 17-9 lead.

The Eagles were down by three more, and the Bears remained unstoppable. The icing on the cake was a 28-yard pass to Cole Kmet. The Eagles responded with another Brown touchdown, but down nine, they went for two and fumbled, causing the game to end with two possessions.
For the first time since 1985, the Bears had two running backs rush for more than 100 yards in a single game. They had 281 total yards to the Eagles' 87 and twice as many first downs (28-14).
