Aaron Rodgers está listo para regresar como quarterback titular de Steelers contra Bills – Chicago Tribune

PITTSBURGH (AP) — Aaron Rodgers will start Sunday's game when Pittsburgh hosts Buffalo with a broken left wrist.

Rodgers, who missed last week's loss to Chicago with a wrist injury against Cincinnati on Nov. 16, participated in a full practice Friday for the second straight day.

Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin said Rodgers will not have any injury restrictions. This clears the way for the 41-year-old quarterback to return to the field.

“Everything is ready,” Tomlin said.

Rodgers said Wednesday he was hopeful about playing, but said it would ultimately be up to Tomlin and the medical staff. The Steelers ruled him out for the game against the Bears after he was limited in practice last week.

Pittsburgh (6-5) has lost four of six but can break a tie with Baltimore for first place with a win over the Bills (7-4).

The Steelers will also return linebacker Alex Highsmith, who missed two games with a pectoral injury. Wide receiver DK Metcalf, who sprained his ankle in Chicago, is also expected to play.
