Top deals right now
- Lenovo IdeaPad 3i Chromebook for $149 — 8GB of RAM and a 1080p display for $149? Easily the best budget laptop of Black Friday if you don’t need Windows.
- Windows 11 Pro for $69 — Get the powerful features of Pro for $130 off the usual price — and less than the typical cost of Windows 11 Home.
- Disney+ and Hulu (with ads) — $4.99/mo for 12 months (62% off)
- LG B5 48-inch OLED Smart TV — A gorgeous OLED TV that’s perfect for gaming, down to an all-time low price? Yes please.
- Bosgame P3 mini PC for $440 — With an AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS, 32GB of DDR5 RAM, and potent Radeon 780M graphics, this is a powerhouse that can fit in your palm. You get a lot more firepower with this than comparably priced laptops.
- Acer Predator X27U OLED monitor for $400 — A new OLED monitor under $400 is a rare find, but Acer has one right now, and at a blistering 280Hz, it’s faster than a lot of the competition. I (Brad) am strongly trying to resist the urge to splurge on this one today.
Black Friday 2025 Live Deal Tracker
Hey look, an actual deal on a 1000W Corsair PSU!
Okay, sure, someone building a system that needs a 1000W power supply probably doesn’t care as much about discounts and savings. But saving $70 in this economy is never a bad thing, especially on a well-regarded PSU with a 10-year warranty. Especially also given the price of RAM. Godspeed if you’re building a whole system right now.
$530 for a 48-inch LG B5 OLED TV? I'm in
You can pick up this gorgeous OLED TV (which some people use as a monitor… just saying) for an all-time low price right now for Black Friday. It’s not quite at my threshold of $500, but ooooh. This may finally be the moment I treat myself to an OLED TV.
This $35 PC case feels anything but budget

A mesh front and tempered glass panel already feels luxe at this end of the price spectrum. But this Gamdias Aura GC1 E includes four (4!) ARGB fans too. Hard to argue with this kind of value when you’re building with a slim wallet.
My boss isn't watching, I'm sneaking in these $18/mo (or less!) deals on unlimited cell phone plans
An underutilized trick for saving big on a cell phone plan is to use a mobile virtual network carrier, aka companies that lease tower use from the big 3 (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile) operators. You get slightly less priority in heavily congested areas (packed baseball stadiums, etc), but day-to-day, usage feels the same.
I monitor these deals like a hawk for friends and family, so I can help them avoid plans on lower priority speeds and the like. And this Black Friday is nuts. For the Verizon network, Visible (a subsidary of Verizon!) slashed its premium unlimited Pro+ plan, which includes data for a smartwatch and a ton of hotspot data, to just $225 for a whole year. Meanwhile, US Mobile (www.usmobile.com) has an annual unlimited plan for $167 on the T-Mobile network for today only! Works out to $18.75/mo and $14/mo, respectively.
If you already know you get good reception on either the Verizon or T-Mobile network, making the year-long committment and switching will save you a TON of cash.
Wow, a 4-pack of Apple AirTags just dropped to a new all-time low of $63
If you’ve been meaning to gift these, or help yourself find all your often-misplaced items, you can save a few more bucks on the previous all-time low of $65. A nice little perk to patiently waiting for Black Friday (and a tiny consolation prize for any deals you missed by waiting).
I swim in nostalgia. This Atari console would be on my buy list if I still had any cartridges

This official release lets you play your old games using a wireless controller. (The magic of modern technology.) The official Atari 7800+ console is down to just $50 right now, making it an absurdly tempting impulse buy. (Again: I don’t own any cartridges at the moment. But I do live near some pretty good flea markets…)
This bundle-ful deal is a bit mismatched but still a nice score
As illustrated by my annual guide for building an affordable gaming PC with Black Friday deals, this is the year of the bundle. If you’re shopping around for parts and want to future-proof the build for bigger graphics cards upgrades down the road, this $320 Intel Arc B580 card and 850W Corsair RMx power supply combo is a pretty solid bargain.
Speaking of security cameras, this outdoor, solar-powered TP-Link Tapo is absurdly cheap
PCWorld contributor Gabriela Vatu loves this this SolarCam C402 Kit, which includes a solar charging panel. No wiring or batteries to mess with! And even if you don’t subscribe to TP-Link’s subscription, you can still get notifications about motion detection, plus still record footage locally to an SD card.
You see a indoor security camera. I see a mini robot buddy, keeping watch over me & mine

A huge slash to the eufy Security Indoor Cam S350’s price brings it down to an all-time low of $70, or 43% off. Be sure to clip the coupon code for the full discount before checking out!
Avoid ‘skill diff' comments with this steep discount on a Razer Viper V3 mouse
Because surely, it’s not a skill diff. It’s a gear diff. Which you can fix with this all-time low this popular, wireless Razer mouse, the Viper V3, down to just $43 for Black Friday.
A 40% discount makes this Dell Inspiron 15 laptop super affordable
It’s a hard choice to buy a laptop at the moment. Either you buy now, in the hopes of avoiding the forecast of 2026 painful prices, or you try sticking it out as long as possible. Fortunately, this $378 Dell laptop eases the hit of an upgrade now, especially since it squeezes in 15-inch, 1080p touchscreen display and a 512GB SSD. It’s best suited for folks who only lightly browse the internet and edit documents, though, with its 8GB of RAM. (If you need more RAM, consider this non-touch $330 Acer Aspire laptop instead.)
This sweet 4TB portable SSD is 48% off for Black Friday

Sometimes you need a gigantic external hard drive. Other times, you need a fast one. This 4TB Crucial X10 is down to just $230 currently, an excellent price for a portable SSD that scored of 4.5 out of 5 in our review. You can take with you just about anywhere, too, thanks to its IP65 rating. (It’s weatherproof, though not waterproof.)
I'm hopping on this 54% discount for 1 year of Microsoft 365 Personal

Newegg
Speaking of deals on Microsoft services… Normally $100 per year, this discount slashes the price down to $46—and it includes a 1-year membership for NordVPN Basic, too! I always wait for Black Friday to help top up family members, since you can stack up to 5 years of active service. (That’s the only sad part about this deal… only one per customer.) By the way, you can use this code for a Family plan, too. It just prorates down to about 9 months instead of a full year, but it’s still worth it.
Wow, you can still get Microsoft Game Pass Ultimate for the old price (33% savings!)
Microsoft hiked Game Pass Ultimate by a whopping 50 percent earlier this year, going from $20 per month to $30 per month. (Oooof.) But if you wanna get back in the game (or extend the time on your clock), Amazon’s still selling digital cards for the old price. You can get 8 months total by purchasing the maximum of two 3-month cards ($60 each) and two 1-month cards ($19 each).
This $10 charger + USB-C cable combo is what I'm stuffing in stockings
Sure, I could go with candy or I dunno, socks. (Sock-ception.) But a practical option that’s still affordable is this Anker 511 + USB-C to USB-C combo, perfect to pair with those holiday gifts of new phones and tablets…or to help replace what’s always easily lost. Grab it over at Amazon while you can, because this 37% discount off the usual price is superb.
Tagged in and ready to roll!
Hi y’all! I’m full of Thanksgiving leftovers and caffeine. Time to get some deals loaded up. I’ll be here for the next three hours, bringing you the best discounts I can scrounge up!
An end, not the end
My work here is done, folks. I’m off to build turkey sandwiches and PCWorld deal whisperer Alaina Yee will keep you company until this blog ends at 3pm Eastern / noon Pacific. It’s been a pleasure helping you save cash!

The best Chromebook gets a $100 Black Friday discount

Oh snap! The Acer Chromebook Plus Spin 514, our favorite high-end Chromebook, is on sale for $599 at Best Buy — a solid $100 discount off the usual price. This beast is much more powerful than standard Chromebooks, with impeccable build quality and a pixel-packed 14-inch touchscreen. Want all the nitty-gritty details? Check out our glowing 4.5-star, Editors’ Choice award-winning review of the Chromebook Plus Spin 514.
Is this the best Black Friday PC case deal?
OH MY. Tiny PC enthusiasts adore Cooler Master’s diminutive NR200 mini-ITX case, and during Black Friday you can get it — which normally retails for $110 — for just 50 bucks on Amazon. Be sure to click the coupon to get the last $5… and the spec sheet to make sure your graphics card fits inside. (It should handle up to an RTX 5070 Ti and Radeon 9070 XT no problem, according to the listing.)
Turn one laptop port into seven for $17
Presto change-o! Turn one laptop port into seven with Ugreen’s Revodok 1071 USB-C hub, now on sale for $17 (26 off) at Amazon during Black Friday. It’ll turn that single USB-C port into an HDMI port, a microSD/SD card reader, and 2x each USB-A and USB-C, all will up to 100 watts of pass-through charging supported.
Protect your home for 50% off this Black Friday
We love the Eufy Security SoloCam 220 for how easy it makes home protection. Once you mount the camera where you want it, its solar charging and wireless connection take care of the rest. You know what’s even more convenient? Picking one up for just $50 during Black Friday — that’s half off the usual price.
A great Black Friday deal on USB-C cables
Never worry about running out of cables again. Amazon is selling a 5 pack of Anker’s 6 ft., 100 watt USB-C cables for a measly $13. That’s 45 percent off the usual price! With a 100W design, you can even use these to charge some laptops in a pinch. Throw it in your cart and don’t think about cables for a while. I’m going to.
Declutter your desk with this $38 dual monitor mount
I’m a big believer in monitor arms. Getting your displays off your desk frees up all sorts of working space, lets you easily access the rear ports, and if you’re rocking multiple monitors, makes it simple to get them lined up straight. Well, that goes double for this Black Friday gem: Amazon is selling Huanuo’s dual-monitor wall mount for $38, a shocking 46 percent discount from its normal $70 price.
You don’t normally find singular monitor arms this cheap, much less gas-spring monitor mounts, which make adjusting and moving your monitors so much simpler. These VESA-compatible arms work with any monitor between 17 and 32 inches, while the wall-mounted design lets you put your screens almost anywhere. That’s killer.
A massive mesh router deal to kill Wi-Fi dead spots
Wi-Fi dead spots suck. A great mesh router system spreads access points throughout your house to kill Wi-Fi dead spots, uh, dead. Fortunately, Netgear’s highly rated Orbi mesh Wi-Fi system is available for $190, a humongous 46 percent discount from the usual $350. This three-unit system provides up to 6,600 square feet of coverage for 75 devices, all with blistering Wi-Fi 6 speeds and even faster Ethernet support. No matter what wild home setup you’re running, the Netgear Orbi should keep all your devices happy. Full Wi-Fi bars, here we come!
The best Apple AirPods Pro 3 deal yet
PCWorld deals guru Gabriela Vatu noticed Apple’s new AirPods Pro 3 going for $220 earlier this week, their lowest price yet. And this fantastic AirPods Pro 3 deal is still going strong during Black Friday.
These earbuds are absolutely fantastic, as evidenced by the 4.5-star review and Editors’ Choice award at our sister publication, Macworld. There’s a reason why AirPods are a gold standard for earbuds, and these are the best ones yet.

Samsung's God-tier monitor is $1000 off
Speaking of big, bright screens, I’ve found a serious deal on an unrivaled display. Samsung’s gargantuan 55-inch Odyssey Ark quantum mini-LED monitor is on sale for $1,700 on Samsung.com. No, it’s still not cheap. It’s a whole lot cheaper than usual though! This futuristic display with quantum mini-LED technology, an 1800R curvature, 165Hz refresh rates, AMD FreeSync Premium Pro support, and inputs galore has no direct challenger on the market and usually goes for a cool $1,000 more than this.
Get a big, bright 75-inch TV for 30% off
Want to watch the NFL playoffs or Stranger Things season 5 in life-size? Consider the 75-inch TCL QM6K television. Beyond raw size, this TV offers delightful miniLED backlighting for a more even picture with deeper contrast and primo HDR chops. Dolby Vision and a 144Hz refresh rate are cherries on top. Grab it for $678 on Amazon today, down from the usual $999.
Black Friday deals on AMD Ryzen CPUs
CPU deals are fairly scarce this year, but I’ve found a few decent deals on newer AMD Ryzen models on Amazon. In addition to using these in new PC builds, you can also use them to upgrade your AM5 motherboard to a newer processor if you want to avoid the insane pricing on memory and storage right now. A CPU upgrade is a great (though labor-intensive) way to get a few extra years out of your PC!
- AMD Ryzen 5 7700 (6 core, 12 thread) — $175 (was $229). Be sure to click the coupon box!
- AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D (8 core, 16 thread, 3D V-Cache) — $376 (was $449).
- AMD Ryzen 5 9600X (6 core, 12 thread) — $189 (was $279). A huge 32% discount!
- AMD Ryzen 9 9950X (16 core, 32 thread) — $600 (was $649).

7 Black Friday streaming deals to avoid (and 6 you should jump on)
Not all that glimmers is gold, and that goes doubly so on Black Friday. Let streaming expert Jared Newman help you navigate the landmines. His roundup of 7 Black Friday streaming deals to avoid (and 6 you should jump on) points you towards the gems and away from the duds.
Meet the best VPN deal of Black Friday
ExpressVPN is one of the best VPNs around per our testing, and per our VPN expert, it’s also offering one of the best VPN deals on Black Friday. The deal is $3.14 per month for 2 years for ExpressVPN’s Advanced plan, plus 4 extra months for free to subscribers. That’s an additional 30% off its regular 2-year pricing — the cheapest our VPN guru has ever seen for ExpressVPN. If you want to protect your online privacy with a hands-down great VPN, run to claim this deal.

Get Seagate's 24TB external drive for $90 off
24 terabytes of external hard drive storage for $240 — just $10 per TB. Need I say more? (If so, go check out Alaina’s post on this smoking hot-deal.) Anyone with a need for big-time storage should go grab the Seagate 24TB USB 3.0 external drive before this gem transforms back into a $330 pumpkin. Good Black Friday bargains often sell out fast!
The cheapest Black Friday gaming PC you can build
My colleague Alaina Yee spends part of every Black Friday meticulously sifting through deals to craft the cheapest Black Friday gaming PC possible. With all the shortages afoot it was harder this year — but Alaina still came through. The cheapest game-ready build comes in at $570, but that jumps to $900 if you want a discrete graphics card. Every step of the way, Alaina guides you through specific deals, must-use bundle offers, and anything else you need to know.
This is one of my favorite features every year. Go check out I crafted the cheapest Black Friday gaming PC build again. It’s brutal this year.
Give your PC an optical drive for under $20
Virtually no laptops or desktops come with an optical drive anymore. That’s a bummer if you’ve got stacks of DVDs, or if you like to backup key data to physical discs. Good news! On Black Friday, you can pick up an Amicool external USB 3.0 CD/DVD drive for just $19 — a steep 34 percent discount off the normal price. It’s time to rip some CDs baby!
Samsung's Galaxy Book5 Pro is a Black Friday steal
We adored Samsung’s Galaxy Book5 Pro, awarding the svelte laptop 4 (out of 5) stars in a glowing review earlier this year. “The Samsung Galaxy Book5 Pro delivers incredible battery life, a beautiful display, and solid desktop performance,” we said — but its high $1,649 price held it back from a higher score. Well, today you can grab the Galaxy Book5 Pro for just $999 on Samsung’s website.

This is a stunning laptop. At this price it’s a no-brainer. You’ll love the vibrant AMOLED display!
Get Windows 11 Pro for $130 off on Black Friday
Hey, did you know PCWorld has its own software store full of heavily discounted software? The keys are legit, too! For Black Friday, we’re making one of our most popular items even cheaper. Until December 1, you can grab a Windows 11 Pro license for just $69.99 — a full $130 less than Pro’s usual retail price. These OEM licenses are good for use on a single PC. We’ve got a primer on the differences between Windows 11 Pro and Home if you want to know more… but at this price, you can get Pro for less than Home’s typical cost anyway.
Don't forget the basics!
Don’t just focus on big-ticket splurges today. Black Friday is an ideal opportunity to stock up on practical, yet boring tech that everyone needs. Think cables, docks, surge protectors, et cetera. Hit the link for the best deals we’ve found. And if you’re running short on wires, we’ve got a roundup of the best Black Friday USB and Lightning cable deals too.
PlayStation 5 DualSense wireless controller for 27% off
If you’ve been bitten by the PlayStation 5’s annoying “stick drift” bug — or if you simply want to couch game with your buds — Black Friday is the perfect time to grab a new controller. Amazon is selling the PlayStation DualSense wireless controller for $55, a very welcome $20 off the usual price.
A luxe Keychron mechanical keyboard for a mainstream price
Keychron makes consistently excellent keyboards. So excellent, in fact, that it’s rare to find significant discounts on them. Not today! Amazon is selling the Keychron 10 Pro Wireless custom mechanical keyboard for $75 during Black Friday — a hefty 25 percent discount. My colleague Dom Bayley delves deeper into its capabilities in his standalone coverage, but tl;dr? Getting a wireless Keychron board with hot-swappable switches, a steel backplate, foam dampeners, and more for this price is an absolute steal.
I use another Keychron model on my own personal desktop and highly recommend taking the plunge. Amazon says this is a limited time deal with nearly 20 percent of available units already sold, so don’t delay.
We love Samsung's T9 portable SSD. It's never been cheaper.
Samsung is renowned for its SSD prowess, and on Black Friday, one of its finer specimens has never been cheaper. We gave the fantastic Samsung T9 portable SSD 4.5 stars (out of 5) in our review. “Once the price drops a bit, this high-quality, luxurious-feeling, and good-performing 20Gbps USB SSD will no doubt be one of our favorites.”
Consider us smitten today — you can score this top-shelf drive for just $95, a massive 32% discount from its usual cost. That’s a new low. What more needs to be said?

The best laptop for battery life gets a $240 discount
Battery life is one of the biggest aspects to consider when you’re shopping for a laptop. The most powerful laptop in the world can’t do anything if it’s dying every couple of hours!
HP’s OmniBook 5 14 delivered the longest battery life we’ve ever seen in testing, staying alive for over 24 hours while looping a movie. Wild! It’s not as wild as the discount we’re seeing on this all-day marathoner, though. On Black Friday, you can grab the HP OmniBook 5 14 for just $549 at B&H Photo — a whopping $240 off its usual price. Don’t miss out.

A 144Hz monitor for $79? Yep, that's a killer deal
Speaking of monitor deals, here’s another stunner: You can grab a fast 144Hz Asus TUF gaming monitor for just $79 during Black Friday! Absolutely ridonkulous. At 24 inches and 1080p resolution, this would make for a fine gaming centerpiece, especially if you’re into esports. If you want to hear even more reasons why this awesome deal is awesome, my colleague Dom Bayley covered the sale in detail.
Get Hulu and Disney+ for $4.99/mo
Seriously though: With Disney+ and Hulu for just $4.99 a month, who needs cable? This is a truly enticing streaming deal, landing shortly after Disney irritated YouTube TV owners. If this is a peace offering, I’ll take it! You get to keep the promotional price for 12 months, saving you $8 per month over the usual cost of the two services. (Ad-free costs $15 per month.)

Black Friday is actually a spectacular time to stock up on streaming for cheap. Check out our roundup of the best Black Friday streaming deals for even more options. (I’ve got my eye on the Apple TV promo as an F1 fan!)
The Black Friday OLED monitor deal I can't resist
Let’s get personal. If you listen to our Full Nerd podcast, you know I was drooling over the prospects of a cheap OLED gaming monitor this Black Friday. (Well, relatively “cheap.”) And I think I’ve found my next display. Best Buy is selling the Acer Predator X27U OLED for $400 during Black Friday and I am in.
Now, getting any new OLED under $400 is a scarce find indeed. But this beast hits the sweet spot of gaming specs beyond that: 1440p resolution, HDR 400 support, fast response times, and a blistering 280Hz refresh rate that can help you tap into the full, delicious power of the DLSS 4 “multi frame generation” tech inside Nvidia’s RTX 50-series graphics cards. And if you’re rocking a Radeon GPU? Acer’s OLED stunner comes with full FreeSync Premium Pro support.
I don’t think we’ll see a better OLED deal on Black Friday, and I don’t want to let this slip through my fingers. Wallet, prepare thyself!
The best Black Friday Chromebook deal? Pick your poison
Dueling Chromebooks, heck yeah! I had Amazon and its impeccable $149 deal on the Lenovo 3i Chromebook all lined up to be the steal of Black Friday, with 8GB of RAM and and a nice big 15.6-inch 1080p display. But then Best Buy swoops in and takes $40 off that price…with half the memory. I’d still go with Amazon’s 8GB deal, but you can’t go wrong with either — and I gotta love the cutthroat competition. That’s what we live for here.
Black Friday's best Thunderbolt 5 dock deal
I went into Black Friday thinking that this would still be the year for Thunderbolt 4 hardware, given that AMD, Intel, and Qualcomm all have indicated that they’d be passing Thunderbolt 5 by with their own laptop platforms. But Kensington’s determined to prove me wrong with a massive 50 percent discount ($200 off!) on its Kensington SD5000T5 dock, $195.90 at Amazon.
Black Friday could be your last chance for cheap PC deals
Before we start smacking our lips around some delicious deals, a word of warning: If you plan on buying a computer or computer parts any time in the next year, strongly consider diving into Black Friday sales. Prices for PC components (especially memory, but also including storage) have skyrocketed recently due to AI demands, graphics card pricing remains inflated, and tariff impacts are expected to slam into effect after the holidays.
Don’t take my word for it! My colleague Mark Hachman interviewed numerous PC industry insiders and analysts about what to expect. Their verdict? Black Friday 2025 could be your last chance for cheap PC deals.
