If you haven't picked up a copy of Borderlands 4 yet, you can grab an incredible deal at Amazon And GameStop For Black Friday. Borderlands 4 will go on sale for just $35 just two months after release. 50% discount applies to physical edition at PS5 And Xbox series X. This deal first appeared today (November 27) on GameStop, and Amazon followed through shortly thereafter. Amazon already sold out of the PS5 version once, so this deal may not be available after today.
US$35 (was US$70)
While previous Borderlands games were primarily set on the planet Pandora (Borderlands 3 expanded on this theme by adding a few more planets to visit), Borderlands 4 takes place in the world of Kairos, giving players free reign to cause some chaos as they battle the forces of the Timekeeper.
As in previous versions, the main goal here is to take control of one of four unique Vault Hunters, develop their skills and enhance them even further by finding powerful weapons and equipment. This formula has been present since the original Borderlands, but Borderlands 4 takes this gameplay to the extreme and adds quality-of-life features.
$55 (was $70) | Release date will be announced later
The Nintendo Switch 2 port of Borderlands 4 was originally scheduled for October 3rd, just weeks after the game launched on other platforms on September 1st. But about a week before launch, Gearbox announced an indefinite delay to finish the Switch 2.
If you're planning on buying Borderlands 4 for Nintendo Switch 2, it makes sense to pre-order now. Target has reduced the price by $15. Amazon took advantage of the offer, but tickets quickly sold out. Keep in mind that this is a Game-Key card, so you will need to download Borderlands 4 from the eShop after loading the cartridge into your console for the first time.

Since launch, developer Gearbox has made further changes to Borderlands 4, adding several major updates, balance fixes, and weekly hotfixes. The studio also has extensive post-launch plans for the game, both paid and free, with the first DLC releasing on November 20 and adding entirely new missions, enemies, and legendary gear.
Endgame content will also arrive towards the end of the year as players will be able to test their skills and muster the strength of a Vault Hunter against a tough boss called the Blossom Reaper the Invincible.
