Start your ski journey in Lonely Mountains: Snow Riders
Lonely Mountains: Snow Riders, a beloved co-op ski adventure that has already grossed over million players on Steam and Xbox Game Pass, will be released on PlayStation 5 on December 3. Indie team Megagon Studios brings its winter-soaked successor Lonely Mountains: Downhill to Sony's console, including a full season of updates. On day one, players will find the Freestylers update, which will introduce a stunt mode and an expressive freestyle mode. The Highlanders DLC will also be available separately for those who want to explore even more of the landscape.
Snow Riders invites you to breathe in the cold air and ride down steep slopes cut through vibrant alpine landscapes. Each mountain becomes a playground with deep snow, frozen lakes, winding paths and sudden drops that send players flying upward. The experience seamlessly switches between calm exploration and quickening descent, giving each run a sense of discovery.
Those who love a challenge can chase score multipliers in stunt mode. They can even climb the world leaderboards, saving precious seconds along the way. Adventure seekers can look for hidden shortcuts hidden between rocks and forests. The PS5 version also supports online multiplayer, offering co-op runs and competitive racing. It supports cross-play across multiple platforms and up to eight players.
As you ride, you unlock new equipment, outfits, and tricks that will add personality and flair to each descent. Snow Riders continues the spirit of Lonely Mountains: Downhill, shaping its own identity through snowy terrain and new creative modes, offering both new challenges and peaceful moments for players ready to chart their own path through the mountains.
