The Defense Department is launching an investigation into Arizona Sen. Mark Kelly after he and five other Democratic lawmakers released a video urging current military officers to ignore unlawful orders from the Trump administration. The department says it is investigating whether the video was “intended to interfere with loyalty, morale or good order and discipline in the armed forces” and that viewing it could result in Kelly being recalled to active duty for court-martial. NBC's Garrett Haake reports for TODAY.
