My favorite e-reader received a nice price reduction
I love the Kobo Libra color! The 7-inch color screen makes it portable, and the asymmetrical design makes it the most ergonomic e-reader I've ever held (after the Kindle Oasis).
You also get 32GB of onboard storage, a very clean and easy to use interface, and if you don't want to spend money on buying e-books, you can use the built-in OverDrive app to borrow them from a public library that supports the platform (many Australian public libraries do this at the moment). Instapaper has replaced the old Pocket app, but not everyone will need it, but it's nice to have. It is also possible to connect to Google Drive and Dropbox.
Adding to its value is the writing functionality, although note that the Kobo Stylus 2 will have to be purchased separately. Despite this, I think the Kobo Libra Color is worth every penny for an avid reader – it's my choice for best ereader available right now.
And it's currently only AU$9 more than the base Kindle Coloursoft model, so you know you're getting your money's worth here.

Cheap as chips: robot vacuum cleaner for just AU$248
It's more than just a robot vacuum cleaner because it can also clean the floor. And getting such a dual-use device at such a low price is a fantastic deal.
There are compromises though.
Firstly, the 8000Pa suction power isn't best in class, so if you have mostly carpet in your home, I wouldn't recommend this option. Plus, then you won't need a mop, will you? Another missing feature is a self-emptying dock – you'll have to empty the bin and fill the water tank yourself, but that's a small price to pay for such an affordable robot vacuum.
You still get fall-avoidance sensors in case the bot runs into stairs, it will automatically avoid carpets when mopping floors, and it has up to 20mm of threshold clearance. Not bad for little money, eh?
Ecovacs Deebot N20: AUD 749 AU$248 on Amazon
If you want a base station with automatic emptying, it will cost you more. The Deebot N90 Plus costs just AU$449. for the black version.
