Legendary German actor Udo Kier has died at the age of 81. This news was confirmed by Keira's partner Delbert McBride. via Variety.
With hundreds of film and television roles over the decades, Cyrus rose to fame with horror films like Mark of the Devil, Flesh for Frankenstein and Blood for Dracula in the '70s. His breakthrough role in Hollywood came in 1991's My Own Private Idaho, and he subsequently appeared in music videos for Ace Ventura: Pet Detective, Johnny Mnemonic, Armageddon and Madonna.
In recent years, Kier was one of the actors who starred in Hideo Kojima's film. upcoming horror game OD. The game's director, Hideo Kojima, wrote online that filming of new scenes with the actor is planned for 2026 and that he regularly keeps in touch with him.

Kier was well known for playing the iconic Command & Conquer antagonist Yuri in the gameplay cutscenes for Red Alert 2 and its expansion Yuri's Revenge. He also voiced characters in the games Call of Duty: WWII and Martha is Dead.
