Thuram returns to the starting line-up for the first time since September 30 along with Lautaro Martinez, with Francesco Acerbi getting the nod over Yann Bissek.

Max Allegri is experiencing his first Derby della Madonnina for the first time since 2013his last stint on the Milan bench.

Santiago Jimenez is still out with an ankle problem, while Zachary Atekame is also ruled out with a soleus injury.
The good news for Allegri is that Pulisic, Rabiot and Fikayo Tomori are all set to return to the starting XI, while Rafael Leao is still settling into his more central attacking role.
Davide Bartesaghi is preferred over Pervis Estupinan on the left flank.
Rabiot has not played since the 0-0 draw with Juventus on October 5 and is reunited with Luka Modric to form an experienced midfield pairing.
In the last five official meetings with Milan between Serie A, Italian Cup and Italian Super Cup, Inter managed only two draws.
