Lloyd maybe he should add some pine resin to his dancing shoes… because he slipped mid-performance and almost hit his chin on the unforgiving stage!
The R&B singer performed in Alabama on Friday night… and while his backup singers cheered him on to launch into “Girls Round the World,” Lloyd, dressed in a bright yellow suit, showed off his fashionable legs.

Watch the clip… Lloyd spins, lifts his legs and slides his left heel behind his right before one of his bandmates shouts, “Talk to them, Lloyd!”
Lloyd tries to move forward, but his left foot is too close to his right… and he trips, falling right into the microphone and knocking it over with him.
Luckily, the star avoided being hit in the face or head… so he was eventually able to get back to his feet – with the help of security because he was laughing so hard – and finish the show.
Just in case, Lloyd made sure to tell his fans that he was fine following the accident… writing on Instagram after the fall: “Tonight I saw my life flash before my eyes lol.”
Lloyd has the night off… but he has a concert tomorrow in Memphis, Tennessee. It might be worth investing in some knee pads and a helmet!
