Marvel Future Fight is heading into the holiday season, or more accurately, throwing lightning as the new Immortals of Olympus update arrives. Netmarble has assembled a full cast of Marvel's Greek mythology heavyweights, revamped some long-running fighter modes, and kicked off its annual Black Friday celebration.
Five new heroes fall from the Marvel pantheon: Hercules, Hades (Pluto), Zeus, Athena and Venus. Each of them is presented with their own interpretation taken straight from Marvel's mythological comics, so yes, Hercules is as loud and assertive as you'd expect, and Zeus still uses lightning with unnecessary dramatic flair. Expect all the divine buffs, massive AoE and some very flashy ultimates.
On top of that, there's a brand new epic quest called Immortals of Olympus that brings these gods together into one cohesive storyline. The Alliance Battle mode has also been redesigned, now featuring a 28-day rotation and a new weekend-long Endless Challenge, allowing you to test your teams against endlessly spawning bosses for higher scores and better rewards.
