The Montreal Alouettes fell short of winning their second Gray Cup in three years on Sunday, losing 25-17 to the Saskatchewan Roughriders at Princess Auto Stadium in Winnipeg.
Despite the disappointing record, the Alouettes went 10–8 in the regular season despite missing quarterback Davis Alexander for 11 games. General manager Danny Macchiosia has consistently preached the importance of continuity, which is likely why the team has relatively few pending free agents compared to other CFL teams.
Montreal currently has only 22 players ready to hit the open market, although several potential free agents became available immediately after being placed on the training roster for the rest of the year.
Here's the full list of Alouettes players who are out of contract. Note that “N” denotes citizens (i.e. Canadians), “A” denotes Americans, and “G” denotes global citizens.
