Netflix's Selling the OC is back for a fourth season with a major cast change.
After the third season, six cast members remained: Alex Rose, Kayla Cardona, Alexandra Jarvis, Ali Harper, Sean Palmieri and Lauren Shortt.
Who's returning to Selling the OC after seismic changes? And who are the new agents joining the cast? Here's what you need to know.
Who's new to Selling the OC Season 4?
Ashtyn Zerboni
Ashtyn Zerboni is a 29-year-old agent originally from Fresno, California. At the time of filming, Ashtyn, four months pregnant, appeared to be working non-stop, commuting between Oppenheim Group's San Diego and Orange County offices.
“I originally thought I wanted to be a stay-at-home mom while pregnant, but I just can't stop working,” she says in a confessional in the first episode.
Her since then a daughter was born.
Fiona Belle
Fiona Belle is a 23-year-old Orange County native. A recent graduate of the University of California, San Diego, she said she began her career in the Oppenheim Group's San Diego office. LinkedIn Page.
“I started my career in real estate when I was 21, and I don't think my age limits me in this industry,” she says in the season premiere.
While Fiona doesn't feel limited by her age, her fellow agents might disagree.
“Fiona is a little new,” Ashtyn says in a confessional. “I think in a few years, maybe Fiona can be a great real estate agent. Once she has a couple more million-dollar deals under her belt, we'll see how she does.”
Kaylee Ricciardi
Kaylee Ricciardi has been in the real estate industry for 13 years, breaking into the scene through the luxury rental market at the Coachella and Stagecoach festivals, she said. Biography of group O.
The 35-year-old agent says “this niche has allowed me to build a network from celebrities to the biggest CEOs in the world.”
Who's coming back?
Tyler Stanaland
Although Tyler remains part of the Selling the OC family, he is no longer a member of the Oppenheim Group after leaving almost two years ago.
He now works in the family business, which also deals in real estate. He tells the camera it's “the best choice he's ever made.”
Brandi Marshall
Brandi Marshall has her hands full, but has some good advice for the new women on the team.
When Ashtyn spreads a rumor that she heard about Tyler, Brandi immediately warns her. “Just watch how you move,” she tells her. “Just like you learned this information, someone might have said something about you.”
Alex Hall
“A lot has changed in the last year and a half,” Alex says in the season premiere. “We lost a lot of soldiers.”
Alex is confident that even after some of the actors leave, the dramatic tone of the office will remain.
“I'd like to say we got rid of some people and everything was great and fun and bouncy, but that's not the case because we're getting rid of one and bringing in another.”
Plus, Alex now has to face Tyler, who she says, “Shut up, broke my heart.”
Polly Brindle
Polly returned to the real estate market. She says that she “travels, trades,” and her “phone is always ringing off the hook with buyers.”
In addition to her career mindset, she's also trying to meet the one – and viewers join her on a date with a man named Luke. Fans of Summer House will recognize him as Luke Gulbranson from seasons 4 and 5.
Gio Helu
Gio was the “self-proclaimed leader of the Organizing Committee” and he returns for another season with the same energy.
“My goal this year is to change the game,” he says in his opening confessional. “And ensure that the OC office becomes the most profitable branch of the O Group brokerage company.”
He starts the season strong, with his competitive energy, demonstrating his “biggest success to date.”
Austin Victoria
Austin, the family man, is back where we left him, but with one new member of his growing army at home. Austin and his wife Lisa Victoria welcomed son Aison in 2024, joining older twin sisters Hazel and Lila.
A new baby in the house is just one of the new pieces of Austin's puzzle this season. He says he hasn't seen Tyler in 18 months.
“He cut me and all of us out of his life after he left The O Group,” he says.
