Those who have Switch consoles and really wanted to play Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition – that is, remaster of the 2013 Tomb Raider reboot – but couldn't do it due to lack of access, I have good news for you.
Today Aspyr and Crystal Dynamics Shadow released the game on Switch and Switch 2. You can watch the trailer for it below.
“Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition is an award-winning, cinematic action-adventure that follows Lara Croft's emotional journey from fledgling young woman to hardened survivor – with a stunningly realistic world to explore,” reads the official blurb, promising “high-octane combat,” the ability to customize weapons and gear, and, of course, some “grueling” environments that Lara will have to endure.
In addition to the base game, Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition also includes all of the original DLC, as well as digital versions of the Dark Horse comic Tomb Raider: The Beginning, a mini art book of Tomb Raider: The Art of Survival from Brady Games, and a series of videos from the developers of Final Hours of Tomb Raider.
It also includes an online multiplayer mode for up to eight players.
