TORONTO, Nov. 18, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Vanguard Investments Canada Inc. today announced its estimated annual capital gains distribution for the Vanguard ETFs listed below for tax year 2025. Please note that these are estimates only as of October 31, 2025 and reflect forward-looking information that could cause estimates to change prior to the ETF's tax year end of December 15, 2025..
These estimates relate only to the distribution of capital gains at the end of the year, which will be reinvested and the resulting units will be immediately consolidated so that the number of units owned by each investor will not change. These estimates do not include estimates of current monthly or quarterly cash distribution amounts.
Vanguard plans to announce final year-end payout amounts on or about December 19, 2025. The dividend payment date for 2025 annual distributions will be December 30, 2025. The record date for annual payments for 2025 will be December 30, 2025, and payment will be made on January 7, 2026.
Please note that for the VBU, VBG and VGAB ETFs, Vanguard plans to announce final year-end distribution amounts on or about December 17, 2025. The dividend payment date for 2025 annual distributions for VBU, VBG and VGAB will be December 23, 2025. The record date for these three ETFs will be December 23, 2025, and the payout will occur on January 2. 2026.
