The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said it received an official copy of the report from the Florida department on Friday and will investigate the allegations.
The report also details an incident in March 2021 in which the accuser claims two men covered his head before Combs entered the room and called him a snitch, NBC reported.
Combs was convicted in July he flew his girlfriends and male sex workers across the country to engage in drug-fuelled sexual encounters in various locations over a period of years. However, he was cleared of sex trafficking and racketeering charges that could have landed him behind bars for life.
He is scheduled to be released in May 2028, although he could reduce his time behind bars by participating in drug treatment and other prison programs.
