The 112th Gray Cup between the Saskatchewan Roughriders and Montreal Alouettes averaged 4.02 million viewers across TSN, CTV and RDS, according to preliminary data.

This is 12 percent more than last year. The Gray Cup attracted an average of 3,385,800 English-language viewers on television, as well as 156,400 viewers on RDS, for a total of 3,542,200 viewers.

TSN didn't provide a breakdown of viewership by language, but it's safe to assume that interest in French was a key driver of growth after RDS ratings fell 79.2 percent last year. In 2023 The Montreal Alouettes helped boost interest in Quebec City, with 752,600 people watching the team win..

According to TSN, the Gray Cup had a total viewership of 10 million viewers, with 4.07 million watching the Machine Gun Kelly halftime show. They also announced a 27 percent increase in people streaming the game on TSN+ and 150,000 viewers for a new TikTok livestream.

The Saskatchewan Roughriders defeated the Montreal Alouettes in the 112th Gray Cup at Princess Auto Stadium in Winnipeg, 25-17.

Trevor Harris was named MVP after he completed 23 of 27 pass attempts for 302 yards, winning his first Gray Cup as a starter. Samuel Emilus was named the most valuable Canadian after he had 10 catches for 108 yards and just two completions, falling short of a Gray Cup record.
