Internet it was a field day This week, the House Oversight Committee released thousands of emails from billionaire child sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, including correspondence with his brother Mark that appeared to involve Donald Trump performing a blow job on someone named “Bubba.”
Now Mark Epstein has decided to take some of the mystery out of that remark by revealing who Bubba is not.
In the March 2018 message in question, Mark Epstein advised his brother to ask former Trump adviser Steve Bannon if Russian President Vladimir Putin had “photos of Trump blowing Bubba.”
Jeffrey Epstein responded, “And I thought I had tsuris,” using the Yiddish word for “problems“
Because “Bubba” was the nickname of Bill Clinton, who, like Trump, had a relationship with Epstein, social media was awash with jokes and speculation that Mark Epstein, jokingly or not, was describing incriminating material depicting the current and former presidents.
Mark Epstein posted statement Saturday, reported online by Business Insider's Jacob Shamsian, who described the emails as “simply part of a humorous private conversation between two brothers.”
“For the avoidance of doubt, the reference to 'Bubba' in this correspondence is in no way a reference to former President Bill Clinton,” the statement continued. “Any attempt to link this reference to President Clinton or to see in it any far-reaching implications distorts both the purpose and tone of the original correspondence.”
But while clarifying the frivolous nature of the report, the statement leaves Bubba's true identity unknown.
