Starting with the base model, it's said to weigh 164 grams and measure 6.9mm thick – slightly lighter and thinner than the iPhone 17. It's also slightly heavier and thinner than the iPhone 17. Samsung Galaxy S25which weighs 162 grams and is 7.2mm thick from front to back.
