South Carolina was the hardest test undefeated Texas A&M met this season, but the third-ranked Aggies won 31-30 to remain undefeated.
The Gamecocks dominated the first half, jumping out to a 30-3 lead before Texas A&M picked up the biggest win in school history. Johnny Manziel helped orchestrate the previous record-setting rally when Texas A&M defeated Duke in the 2013 Chick-Fil-A Bowl.
Teams were 0–286 in Southeastern Conference playing since 2004, trailing by 27 points or more, until the Aggies' incredible comeback on Saturday.

Texas A&M sophomore quarterback Marcel Reed finished the day with a career-high 439 yards and three touchdowns. But in a dismal first half, he intercepted the ball twice and missed.
Isiah Williams caught a 27-yard touchdown pass from Reed to make it 30-10 on A&M's first drive of the second half. Reed ran 16 yards on fourth-and-12 to keep the drive alive. The Aggies took their first lead on EJ Smith's 4-yard run with 11 minutes remaining.
