The NHS online service service will be launched in England for two years to help reduce waiting time, the prime minister must announce.
Sir Keir Starmer will inform the annual conference of the New World Labor Party, since he sets plans for digital service.
NHS Online will have their own special doctors who will take responsibility for patients who have decided to use this service.
The idea is that assessments, verification with consultants and subsequent meetings will be made on the Internet.
The Minister of Health of the UES String said BBC Breakfast that he was “very excited” by a new virtual hospital, which is already “working” in some hospitals, including the University Hospital Southampton and Murfields.
“Basically, we are talking about the modernization of NHS, helping him move over time,” he said.
People will also be able to use an application for booking, testing or procedure in the diagnostic center of the local community, if they need it.
The service will be in stages in 2027, with an emphasis on areas where there are a significant number of patients who will never need the treatment of inpatient treatment.
NHS sources reported that this may include ophthalmology, gynecology and conditional conditions.
For each area, there will be some patients who need monitoring and support for managing the state of health and, therefore, are more suitable for the online service.
But the identification of which patients will be a problem.
NHS England said that only those areas where the online service is considered safe will be included in the new proposal.
The online book will be available through the NHS application, and ministers hope that in the first three years it will deliver up to 8.5 million meetings and ratings – four times more than the NHS average fund.
The Minister of Health also sought to assure some patients who could worry about seeing how the main services go on the Internet, telling BBC breakfast that instead he would release the ability of people who wanted them to be seen face to face.
“This is not just better for them from the point of view of the fact that it will be faster, easier, more convenient,” said Mr. String, but this “also” also facilitates the pressure. ”

The main topic in the 10th plan of NHS
Sir Keir will say: “The responsibility of this party is not only to celebrate NHS, but also to make it better.”
The general director of NHS England Sir Jim McCa said that by the end of the decade this initiative “will prescribe millions of appointments, offering a real alternative to patients and more control over their own care.”
Digital innovation was one of the main topics of the 10-year NHS plan, which was published in the summer.
The service will be based on some initiatives that have already been tested.
For example, a university hospital in Southampton has developed a virtual observation service for inflammatory intestines with low risk, which allowed patients to access and maintain remotely when they had outbreaks.
This meant that NHS trust could reduce ordinary subsequent meetings. Three quarters of the patients were practically managed, and the initiative was credited to reduce waiting time by 58%.
Meanwhile, Moorfields Eye Hospital in London introduced a virtual system for managing referrals without emergency eyes. More than half turned out to be treated in routine clinics without the need for specialized treatment at Murfields.
Daniel Elkeles, Executive Director of NHS suppliers, said that the online service service can be a “very significant” development.
“The way NHS provides outpatient services has not changed a lot for decades, but during Covid we learned a lot about the possibilities for new approaches using digital technologies.
“It is reasonable that they spend time planning it correctly, because there are many factors that should be taken into account.
“These include the processing of patients of patients and the need to avoid“ digital exclusion ”of people who cannot access the service.”
D -r Bex Fisher from The Nuffield Trust Think Cank, said this is an “interesting experiment”.
But she added: “At this stage, the details are largely lacking. And there are several difficult issues regarding implementation.
“Where will the doctors and nurses come from for this service? And how will they transmit patients who need to go away from digital services?
“This service will be safe and suitable only for certain patients. How will we make sure that it remains for them? “
GP online booking
The announcement was received when the British Medical Association (BMA) warned that A separate system of online bonding is launched throughout England It can cause chaos and potentially lead to serious health problems missed by GPS.
This system, which instead will allow patients who want to appoint meetings in the GP or a call from a doctor, make a request on the Internet during the day, takes place on Wednesday.
It is already available in many practices and is designed to reduce long expectations on the phone during the so -called “8 in the morning”.
Speaking with BBC Breakfast, the Minister of Health emphasized that the system was part of a wider attempt to introduce “general practice in the 21st Kadrik”.
“If we do not change over time, NHS will become less relevant, as well as less accessible to the public,” the street added.
