Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia said Saturday that private security firms contacted her with security warnings after President Donald Trump publicly withdrew her support.
Republican from Georgia stated on X that Trump's rhetoric has created a “hotbed of threats” against her.
“I am now being contacted by private security firms with warnings about my safety as threats against me are fueled and incited by the most powerful man in the world. The man I supported and helped elect,” Greene wrote on X.
Congresswoman said she takes threats seriously.

Trump's Social Post “The Truth” called Greene is a “Wacky Marjorie” and a “ranting madman” while threatening to back his main rival with his “Full and Unwavering Support.”
President accused Greene that he had become “far left” and complained that she constantly called him despite his busy schedule managing “219 congressmen/women, 53 U.S. senators, 24 cabinet members, nearly 200 countries.”
Security concerns are not new to Green. Since joining Congress, her Georgia residence has been hit numerous times. Bomb of December 2024 threat caused a fatal car crash when responding officers crashed, resulting in the death of 66-year-old Tammy Pickelseimer.
In August 2024, federal authorities charged two foreign nationals with multiple attacks against Greene.
Past incidents have included false reports of gunfire and dead bodies at her home. Both of her daughters' homes were targeted on the same day in December 2023, CBS reported. reported.
