Mia is the host of Angel Legion and the hero you first customize when you start playing. She can be viable regardless of gear as she can be quite tanky, a good buffer, and a good damage dealer, all rolled into one hero.

Magic Arrow is an outstanding damage dealer who can adapt anywhere. She can use her active skill quite often and enhance the energy of her entire column. If you pair her with a hero that can stun, you'll have a very powerful combo on your hands.

Sakura Dancer is one of the best healers of the Legion of Angels. She can remove debuffs from her team, making her a good hero for your team no matter what content you are trying to clear, be it PvE or PvP.

The Dragon Knight is capable of area of ​​effect attacks, making her exceptional for PvE. She is a good hero to invest in as she can help you clear content throughout the game until the end. However, she is at S tier because she is easy to counter in PvP, but in PvE she is a god.

Joan of Arc is a tank, and a very good one at that. She can boost the healing she receives, allowing her to tank for days, and can also mitigate some of the damage her team takes.

Vera, although similar to Jinx (from League of Legends and Arcane), is a hero worth keeping an eye on. She is great at protecting against ST damage and can also stun the enemy she attacks.

Oda Hime is a decent damage dealer as she has a pretty good AoE skill. She can weaken enemies, preventing them from accumulating energy.

Rin Matsuzaka is a healer and a really good buffer. She needs to do a lot of dodging as she will also buff the team's evasion. However, she can easily be replaced by a higher level healer, so she is only A-tier.

Avila can deal damage and weaken enemies. She can reduce the enemy's damage RES, and together with her AoE attacks, she can be a pretty reliable hero for your team.

Agraya could be better if she focused on just one trait – right now she wants to be a tank and DPS, but she's not good at either. She may be fine early in the game until you find something better, but otherwise don't worry about her.

Hestia focuses on damage over time, but unfortunately it's not that good. She's just disappointing.

Anna is a good character, but unfortunately she doesn't fit well into many teams. You should immediately choose another hero, and not try to fit her somewhere.

I don't recommend investing too much of your resources into these heroes. The chance of getting someone at one of the higher levels is quite high, and you will only end up wasting resources if you focus on them. So, try to swap them out at the first opportunity with someone at the top of our Angel Legion tier list.

In my honest opinion, I find reassignment to be quite tedious, and since you have multiple ways to level up your heroes, it's not necessary. However, if you really want to reroll, you need to prepare a second or even third account to link. That's why I think it's not worth replaying at all.
