Then, on January 18, 2021, around 12:30 p.m., Caledon OPP officers responded to a shooting at Harvest Moon Dr. in Bolton.
At the time, it was reported that two people entered the home and shot two occupants of the home, one of whom was the victim of an incident in Vaughan in November 2020.
Officers found another passenger, 65-year-old Giovanni Costa, Boltondead at the scene.
Christopher Brown, 28, of Barrie, was charged Tuesday with attempted murder, conspiracy to commit murder, discharge of a firearm with intent and possession of a firearm in violation of a restraining order.

Nehenia Tirfa, 25, of Toronto, was charged Wednesday with first-degree murder and attempted murder.

Also on Wednesday, a province-wide warrant was issued for a third man, Wahid Barakzie, 48, of London, Ont., who is charged with first-degree murder, attempted murder and two counts of conspiracy to commit murder.
His photograph has been published and members of the public are being urged not to approach the man.

BOTH INCIDENTS ARE NOW UNDER INVESTIGATION BY OPP
While the first incident was initially investigated by York Regional Police, both incidents are currently being investigated by OPP Caledon Crime Stoppers under the direction of the OPP Criminal Investigations Branch (CIB).

“While these arrests and charges mark a significant step forward, the investigation is ongoing and we continue to pursue additional suspects,” said Det. Insp. Stephen Martell (CIB) said in a statement.
“We urge anyone with information, particularly if you recognize the wanted man, to contact police immediately.”
The Province of Ontario is offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for Costa's murder.
