Vicki Gunvalson officially returns to The Real Housewives of Orange County as a full-time housewife.
This was during the recording of the film “Bravos” in the background BravoCon in Las Vegas, Andy Cohen gave Gunvalson her orange.
“Vicki, would you join us as a housewife for season 20?” Cohen asked Gunvalson on stage.
Gunvalson was thrilled when Cohen handed her an orange, agreeing to return to RHOC.
Deadline understands that no deal has yet been concluded, but an offer to begin negotiations is already on the table.
The OG OC will return for an epic 20th season. ROCK it started a franchise that gave way to Real Housewives the franchise is expanding to other cities including New York, Atlanta, Potomac, Beverly Hills, Dubai, Miami, Salt Lake City and others.
Gunvalson was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award to her wife at The Bravos in 2023, and many believed it was her farewell to Bravo Universe. However, the honor of holding Orange back as a full-time Housewife in honor of the franchise's 20th anniversary proved that Gunvalson remains an icon.
ROCK The film premiered on Bravo in 2006, and Gunvalson quickly became a fan favorite for her outrageous personality and ability to “scream” at Andale's restaurant in Puerto Vallarta or on any of the cast's trips. She remained a full-time housewife for 13 seasons before being demoted to a “friend” role in season 14. Gunvalson continued to make guest appearances, but it was in Season 20 that viewers would see her full return to the franchise.

Gunvalson's return occurs when she and his comrade ROCK co-star Tamra Judge appears to have made peace after a feud that played out in the media and on social media. Judge has split from Gunvalson and Shannon Beador, and Season 20 of the series will likely see Tres Amigas resolve their differences and hit the road again.

ROCK The Season 19 cast includes Tamra Judge, Shannon Beador, Heather Dubrow, Gina Kirschenheiter, Emily Simpson, Jennifer Pedranti and Katie Ginella. Gretchen Rossi appeared as a friend in the final season.
