Zach Collaros may not have made it to the 112th Gray Cup as a defenseman with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, but he will be there as a TSN analyst.
According to sources, Collaros will strike Sports center on Friday, then join Saturday's Gray Cup show for your unique pre-game and post-game analysis on Sunday, sitting at the table with host James Duthie and fellow analyst Luke Wilson. TSN's coverage runs from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm ET on Saturday and from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm ET on Sunday.
Throughout the year, TSN's top players have been featured as guest analysts on the Friday Night Football panel, including Calgary wide receiver Dominic Rhymes, Ottawa powerhouse linebacker Adarius Pickett, Hamilton defensive end Stavros Katsantonis, Toronto wide receiver Davaris Daniels and star linebacker Wynton McManis. TSN attempted to place Collaros on the FNF panel on Friday, October 3, although he had previously scheduled commitments.
The 37-year-old passer threw for 3,048 yards, 17 touchdowns and 16 interceptions during the 2025 regular season. His team was eliminated after losing to the Montreal Alouettes in the Eastern Tournament semifinals. In the CFL championship game, the Als will take on the Saskatchewan Roughriders, with whom Collaros spent time in 2018 and 2019.
Collaros has two Gray Cup rings while leading the Bombers to back-to-back wins in 2019 and 2021, as well as one while he was a backup with the Toronto Argonauts in 2012. He has played in six Gray Cups, one in 2014 with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and the previous five in a row with Winnipeg.
The six-foot-one, 218-pound QB has won two Most Outstanding Player awards (2021 and 2022) and was also named Gray Cup Game MVP (2021). He has led the CFL in passing touchdowns three times (2021, 2022 and 2023).
The Raiders (13-6) and Alouettes (12-8) will meet in the 112th Gray Cup at Princess Auto Stadium in Winnipeg on Sunday, November 16, with kickoff scheduled for 6:00 pm ET.
Montreal defeated the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in the Eastern final by a score of 19–16.Bye The Roughriders came back to defeat the BC Lions in the Western final, 24-21.. The teams split two regular-season meetings, although Montreal defenseman Davis Alexander missed both games with a left hamstring injury.
The weather forecast for Winnipeg calls for a high of two degrees, sun and clouds. The game will be broadcast on TSN, CTV and RDS in Canada, CBS Sports Network in the US and CFL+ worldwide.
This is the fifth time the Gray Cup will be held in Winnipeg and the second time it will be held at Princess Auto Stadium. The stadium's first Gray Cup was held in 2015, when Edmonton defeated the Ottawa Redblacks 26–20 and Michael Reilly was named MVP of the match.
