With RapidChill technology, the machine uses an evaporator, auger and motor to continuously spin the liquid as it cools, giving it the desired slush consistency. It takes less than 30 minutes for the Slushi to freeze completely, and it will notify you when it's ready.
The only caveat we mention in our review is that freezing the drinks requires sugar. Sorry if sugar doesn't run in your family; this machine will actually warn you if you don't reach your sugar threshold. The saving grace may be that you can use other sweeteners such as syrup or honey if raw sugar is not your thing.
