Blake Lively this week evened the score in its endless drama with Justin Baldoni …a defamation suit brought against her by a crisis PR firm has just been thrown out of court on jurisdictional grounds.
Here's the thing… Jed Wallace and his company Street Relations Inc. filed a lawsuit against Blake in February 2025 after she named both parties along with Baldoni in her December 2024 civil rights complaint in California for bad conduct related to the filming of It Ends With Us.

The lawsuit was filed in Texas… but according to new legal documents obtained by TMZ, it was dismissed due to lack of personal jurisdiction. Translation: The judge ruled that Wallace had not established that the Texas court had jurisdiction to hear the case.
Blake's rep tells TMZ… “With this decision, all retaliatory lawsuits filed against Blake Lively by Justin Baldoni, Wayfarer Studios and their crisis communications and digital teams have been dismissed. “Ms. Lively is scheduled to face her claims at a March trial in New York.”
But Blake has had her share of legal setbacks… Just last week, a judge dismissed Blake's claims in her lawsuit against Jed that he helped smear her reputation online during the episode It Ends With Us. The judge ruled that Blake's lawyers should not have sued Jed in New York because his firm is based in Austin, Texas, and he has no ties to the Big Apple.
It is unclear whether Wallace plans to re-file the lawsuit in another state. We've reached out to Wallace and his PR firm…no response yet.
