My picks for funk. After a bad week 10, it was a so-so week 11.
When will I have another good week? My last good one seems to have been a long time ago.
Last week I went 7-7 against the spread and 8-6 straight up. I will say that I had some tough losses in ATS, but that's no excuse. I need to get better.
My season records are now 100-49-1 and 75-74 points. I'm still above .500, but I'd certainly like some breathing room.
I'll receive it this week. I feel it. This will be my best week.
I promise.
I still hope.

The Patriots have won seven in a row and the Jets have won two in a row. The Patriots played well on offense. Drake Mayeand most of the media attention has been on that, but the defense needs to pay more attention to how well this unit played. This has implications for the Jets' anemic offense. The Pats will keep rolling.
Choose: Patriots 30, Jets 10 | Odds via Bookmaker DraftKings

The commanders will start again Marcus Mariota defender for the injured Jayden Daniels. But the big problem is defense. They do not cover, tackle or rush the passer. Miami's offense played well against Accounts last week and I hope it can be moved here. Search De'Von Achane to have the big day again.
Choose: Dolphins 31, Commanders 21 | Odds via Bookmaker DraftKings

These two have had weird and inconsistent seasons, but essentially this game will help keep their playoff chances alive. The Panthers have trouble throwing the ball, which will be an issue here. Panthers need more from Bryce Youngbut I don't think they understand it. The Falcons win.
Choose: Falcons 24, Panthers 17 | Odds via Bookmaker's office Caesar

The Vikings need to keep their offense going. JJ McCarthy in this. The Bears are 6-3 and have a strong offense, but the defense has faltered at times. I also think the Vikings' pass rush and blitz will make a difference. Caleb Williams in revolutions. The Vikings take it.
Choose: Vikings 27, Bears 20 | Odds via BetMGM
Sunday at 1:00 pm ET on CBS (airing on Paramount+)
The Bengals have a bye and the Steelers lose on the road Sunday night. Chargers. Pittsburgh's offense didn't do much in that game, but the Bengals' defense is the perfect tonic to fix that. The Bengals would score too, but not enough. The Steelers would win the scoring game.

The Packers lose Monday night to Eagleswhile the Giants will play their first game since firing coach Brian Daboll. Mike Kafka takes over. Green Bay's offense has been lifeless the last two weeks, but that will change in this game. Jordan Love will throw it around when the Packers win.
Choose: Packers 30, Giants 20 | Odds via BetMGM

The Texans should have C.J. Stroud Let's get back to this match against a Titans team on its bye. The Titans have serious problems on offense, and the Texans defense is number one in the league. This is a problem. But something tells me the Titans will stay in this game and the Texans offense on the other side won't do much. The Texans would have a close win.
Choose: Texans 23, Titans 19 | Odds via Bookmaker DraftKings
Sunday at 1:00 pm ET on CBS (airing on Paramount+)
It's a long road ahead for the Chargers after Sunday night's game, but they get a Jaguars team that suffered a demoralizing loss to the Texans last week. How will they react? I'm looking for Justin Herbert have a good day against a team that doesn't rush passers or excel in coverage. The Chargers win.
Choose: Chargers 27, Jaguars 20 | Odds via Bookmaker's office Caesar
Sunday at 1:00 pm ET on CBS (airing on Paramount+)
This is an important game for both teams, but much more important for the Bills. They looked terrible in their loss to Miami last week. The Bucs may be coming into the game against a team desperate to get a win. Josh Allen Didn't play very well last week. He'll be in it. Bills take it.
Choose: Bills 30, Pirates 23 | Odds via FanDuel Sportsbook

This is the game of the week. Both teams have a legitimate shot at finishing first in the NFC. Both teams can throw the ball deep, and both teams can rush the passer. Matthew Stafford was on fire, but this Seattle defense is special. They will chase it down and that will be the difference in the game, short fields due to turnovers will lead to points for the Seahawks. Seattle wins in a landslide.
Choose: Seahawks 24, Rams 23 | Odds via FanDuel Sportsbook

The two suffered heavy losses over the weekend, losing over 40 points each. The Cardinals will start Jacoby Brissett back to being the quarterback, even though that's how it should be. Mac Jones again for the 49ers. Look for Jones to deliver it Christian McCaffrey group, both runner and receiver, to find a way to win.
Choose: 49ers 30, Cardinals 24 | Odds via FanDuel Sportsbook
Sunday at 4:25 pm ET on CBS (airing on Paramount+)
The crows came to life with Lamar Jackson ago, but they play back-to-back away games. It won't matter. The Browns have a good defense, but their offense is limited. The Ravens and Jackson will win, but it's close thanks to Cleveland's defense.
Choose: Ravens 22, Browns 16 | Odds via FanDuel Sportsbook
Sunday at 4:25 pm ET on CBS (airing on Paramount+)
The Chiefs go away and Andy Reid's teams are great after that. The Broncos were rested after last Thursday's game. Their delinquency is now a problem Bo Nix faced with difficulties. Look for the Chiefs defense to limit him and Patrick Mahomes will do whatever it takes to win.
Choose: Chiefs 23, Broncos 17 | Odds via FanDuel Sportsbook
Detroit Lions at Philadelphia Eagles (-2.5)
Sunday, 8:20 pm ET on NBC (broadcast: Fubo — try it for free)
The Lions play back-to-back road games while the Eagles play a short week. It kind of cancels them out. The Eagles had trouble scoring while the Lions put up big numbers last week. But at home, look for the Eagles defense to slow down the Lions while the Eagles build their offense for the win.
Choose: Eagles 31, Lions 27 | Odds via Bookmaker DraftKings

It's a bad Monday night game, but it features two big national teams. This is important for networks. The Cowboys made some improvements on defense at the trade deadline, which will help this unit take some steps in the right direction. Dallas' offense can score. The Raiders offense has issues that will show up again. Look for the Cowboys to win it behind Dak Prescott.
Choose: Cowboys 31, Raiders 20 | Odds via Bookmaker DraftKings
