Sombre, whose real name is Shane Booze, “performs with a distinct inner confidence and outward charm that was conspicuously absent from the fading releases of many of his male pop contemporaries,” as Rolling StoneLarisha Pavel wrote in a positive review of his first album.
Sombra stop SNL coincided with the end of the North American leg of The Late Nights & Young Romance Tour, which it sold out. Early next month he go to New Zealand and Australia before the start of a series of shows in Europe in February.
