An MLB official allegedly threatened him, the agent claims…
“This is how people end up in the ditch.”

Bryce Harper Over the summer, he was allegedly threatened by a Major League Baseball executive… according to a bombshell statement made by a major agent.
Here's the thing… Allan Walsh – a super agent who represents players in the National Hockey League – made accusations on his “Agent Provocateur” a podcast he co-hosts with a podcaster Adam Wild.
Agent Provocateur
Walsh referred to a widely reported incident this summer… when baseball insiders said MLB commissioner Rob Manfred went into the Philadelphia Phillies locker room and tried to talk to the players about the salary cap.
Associated Press – citing an anonymous source – the alleged Harper swore at Manfred… an allegation Harper has never denied.
Now Walsh – who is NOT Harper's agent – says he's heard there's more to the story…claiming that Harper and several other players spoke with Manfred and others after an incident in which an MLB official angrily confronted Harper.
Walsh claims the official – who he does not name, although he says it is not Commissioner Manfred – told Harper he should never speak to the commissioner that way in public again.
The man then allegedly said, “This is how people end up in the ditch,” a pretty serious threat for one of the biggest stars in sports, if it was legal.
Worth noting… Walsh was not in the locker room, adding that he heard the story from people who claim to have been there. He offers no other material evidence to support his claim.
We've reached out to Harper and Major League Baseball…no word yet.
