You might still be enjoying the winter chaos of PUBG Mobile. Version 4.1 which dropped just a few days ago, things are already heating up on the competitive front. PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2025 (PMGC) is approaching, and with the group draw now completed, the stage is officially set for one of the fiercest showdowns of the year.
This year's PMGC marks a landmark moment for the battle royale esports scene, not only because of the $3 million prize pool, but also because for the first time, the PUBG Global Championship (PGC) and the PUBG Mobile Global Championship will unite under one banner: PUBG United 2025. The event will take place in Bangkok, Thailand, where 40 of the world's best teams will battle it out for glory, bragging rights, and a chance to make history.
It all starts with The Gauntlet, running from November 24 to 26, a brutal 18-match sprint that will test the reflexes and strategy of 16 elite teams. Seven will go straight into the Grand Final, while the rest will go into the group stage, hoping to fight their way back into contention. Then the Green Group will take the field on November 28-30 and the Red Group on December 2-4, each with their own mix of regional heavyweights and dark horses ready to shake things up.
The top three teams from each group will then advance to the grand finals, with those in the middle getting one last chance during the aptly named Last Chance stage on December 6-7. By the time the Grand Final begins, which will take place from December 12 to 14, only the strongest teams will remain. You can bet that every drop, flank, and grenade will count.
