The initiators of the study were MK, DPS and VGP. MK wrote the first draft. MK and DPS developed the BioContextAI knowledge base MCP package, the registry, the BioContextAI chat, and the MCP server evaluation, with FC, SL, JS, CF-Z., NK, AK, and NU providing input. MH, MK, and DPS developed the cookie MCP template. FC and SL implemented the BioChatter integration. MK, LH, DPS, FC, Scverse community, SL, JS-R. and VGP developed the community structure.
