Momsen, who was only 13 years old when Gossip a pilot episode was filmed in which it was said that the “sudden, intense” fame and attention she received plunged her into an “identity crisis”.
Taylor explained that as she got older, she became much more interested in pursuing a music career with her band.
“I knew I had to leave, but at the same time leaving such a thriving career was not easy,” she continued.
