California woman found guilty of murdering 'ER' star Cindiana Santangelo with a silicone injection in her ass, she could spend the rest of her life in prison.
Libby Adams – nicknamed “Ass” – was sentenced Wednesday to 15 years to life in prison.
As we reported… last month Adams was found guilty second-degree murder and practicing medicine without a license in connection with Cindiana's death.
Sindiyana died back in Marchas we first told you… and investigators said that her autopsy results showed that she suffered an embolism from a silicone injection that was administered earlier that day.
The jury deliberated for just over a day before finding Adame guilty.
At the time of Cindiana's death, Adame was already on probation for manslaughter. This case stemmed from the lethal buttock injections in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles, in 2019 that claimed the life of a 26-year-old man. Carissa Rajpaul.
Prosecutors in the Rajpaul case reportedly warned Adame that she could be charged with murder if another client died… and that's exactly what happened.
Adame and her daughter were found guilty of manslaughter in the Pypaula case in March 2024… but were acquitted in the case.
Cindiana was just 58 years old when she died, and the Jane's Addiction frontman dubbed her “the Latin Marilyn Monroe.” Perry Farrell.
In addition to her recurring role on Married… with Children as Sierra Madre, Cindiana has also appeared on television on CSI: Miami and ER. On the big screen, she appeared in “Hollywood Murder Investigation” with Harrison Ford And Josh Hartnett …and in her time she starred in many music videos.

Sindiana's husband Franktold the court about the “damage caused” to Adama and said the family's lives had been “turned upside down” as a result of her death.
One of their sons Dantetold the judge he was in Thailand when his mother died and added: “I never expected this to happen in my wildest dreams.”
