The Cure Announce ‘The Show of a Lost World’ Concert Film │ Exclaim!

Directed by Grammy-nominated British director Nick Wickham with surround sound by Robert Smith, the film is described as “a re-edited, remixed and remastered 4K film of the full 31-song show from that night.”

News of the film comes after an update on the band's website confirming that following the success and success of the album, released in 2024, the band next album is on the way: “In March 2025, the band returned to Rockfield Studios to record 13 more songs for the next album.”

The film will be released exclusively in select theaters worldwide on Thursday, December 11th, with Blu-Ray/DVD and digital downloads beginning in late December 2025. Tickets for the show go on sale November 20.
