A majority of New Jersey voters said the state's economy was doing “not very good” or “bad” and that property taxes were a “major problem” where they live, according to the analysis.

Kentucky Elections Official Tells State Voters There Will Be No Election This Year After Complaints
Kentucky election officials on Tuesday felt compelled to address an unexpected complaint from some voters: Why are polling places closed?
Answer? There are no elections in Kentucky.
That hasn't stopped some voters in the state from flocking to the polls only to be disappointed to learn they can't vote in high-profile races in Virginia and New York, Kentucky Secretary of State Michael Adams said.
“We're getting calls about the polls being closed. They're closed because we don't have an election today,” he wrote on X. “Kentucky is voting next year. You can't vote in Kentucky today for the mayor of New York or the governor of Virginia. Sorry.”

A group of Democratic governors says they're encouraged by turnout.
A spokesman for the Democratic Governors Association told ABC News that the group is encouraged by daily turnout trends in New Jersey and Virginia and says they believe the races are in their favor down to this central difference in messaging.
“The biggest contrast in both races is that Democrats delivered a message about the economy and never lost focus on affordability and their own positive cost-cutting plans, while GOP candidates refused to distance themselves from Trump even when he was causing massive damage to local economies like DOGE in Virginia and the Gateway Tunnel in New Jersey,” the official said.
