Cineplex's annual Community Day will take place on Saturday, November 15th and will offer a variety of free movies and games across Canada.
This year, fans will be able to watch the following films for free:
- Minions: The Rise of Gru
- Puss in Boots: The Last Wish
- sing 2
- Wild robot
Complimentary tickets will be offered exclusively at movie theaters between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. local time on a first-come, first-served basis. During this two-hour window, guests can also receive regular popcorn, a regular drink or select candy for $3 plus tax, as well as free 30-minute game cards or non-redemption tokens at the Xscape arcades at the Cineplex.
In addition, Cineplex and Playdium lounges will offer free one-hour playgroups with no charge from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. local time. And until noon, you can buy $3 items like French fries and mini donuts at The Rec Room, and regular popcorn, fries or select candy at Playdium.
Finally, Cineplex announces that $1 from every food and beverage purchase, Xscape gaming card purchase and refill, and gaming wristband purchase and refill at The Rec Room and Playdium will be donated to BGC Canada. The charity supports children and teenagers through life-changing programs, community services and more.
