Putin flaunts new nuke submarine capable of firing ‘doomsday’ Poseidon torpedoes after string of Armageddon weapon tests

RUSSIA has unveiled a new nuclear submarine built to unleash radioactive waves on the West.

The huge Khabarovsk is designed to transport Vladimir Putin’s nuclear Poseidon. dronesthe infamous torpedoes capable of destroying entire coastal countries.

Vlad's apocalyptic weapon was launched in the northern city of Severodvinsk – five years behind schedule after inexplicable delays.

It was supervised by Defense Minister Andrei Belousov, who stated: “The heavy nuclear-powered missile cruiser Khabarovsk is being launched from the famous Sevmash plant.”

“Carrying underwater weapons and robotic systems, it will allow us to successfully defend RussiaRussia’s maritime borders and protect its national interests in various parts of the world’s oceans.”

Belousov said the submarine will now begin sea trials before joining the nuclear deterrent fleet.

The ceremony in Severodvinsk was also attended by the Commander-in-Chief of the Navy, Admiral Alexander Moiseev, who christened the submarine by breaking a bottle of champagne on its hull.

The Russian Ministry of Defense said the event marked a “new era” of undersea deterrence.

The launch took place just a few days after Putin tests the Poseidon torpedo in the Arctic Kara Seawhich suggests a choreographed display of nuclear brinksmanship near NATO's northern flank.

Mad Vlad boasted last week that the Poseidon, a nuclear-powered drone capable of carrying a nuclear warhead, had been successfully tested.

Kremlin Tyrant stated: “The power of the Poseidon far exceeds the power of our most advanced intercontinental ballistic missile, the Sarmat.”

“There is nothing like it anywhere else in the world.”

He added threateningly: “There is no means of intercepting it.”

Russian state media boast that Poseidon can create “radioactive tidal waves” capable of drowning the UK.

The 10,000-ton Khabarovsk was built under Project 09851 and is estimated to be capable of carrying up to a dozen Poseidons, giant torpedoes each powered by its own miniature nuclear reactor.

The submarine is nuclear-powered and can dive to a depth of about 500 meters, remaining at sea for months.

Laid down in 2014, the submarine was originally scheduled to be launched in 2020.

The cost of its construction, shrouded in secrecy, is believed to be in excess of £1 billion.

Moscow calls the Poseidon system a weapon “after the end of the world” – an autonomous underwater vehicle with a nuclear installation and a practically unlimited range.

Deputy head of the Security Council Dmitry Medvedev called it a “doomsday missile.”

The Khabarovsk is in many ways similar in design to the Russian Borei-class strategic submarines, but unlike them, it does not carry ballistic missiles on board.

Instead, it is specifically designed for special operations and the deployment of nuclear-powered underwater drones, signaling the Kremlin's growing obsession with unconventional strategic systems.

Photos released by the Russian Ministry of Defense show only the rear of the ship with a partially covered water jet propulsion system, reminiscent of Borei-A class submarines.

Analysts say the secrecy of its entire structure underscores Moscow's fear of Western scrutiny and the likelihood that much of the Khabarovsk project remains experimental.

A second submarine of the same class, Ulyanovsk, is already under construction and is expected to join the Pacific Fleet.

Together, they will give Moscow the opportunity to deploy the Poseidon system in two oceans, which, according to Western analysts, is designed to sow fear on both sides of the globe.

Each Poseidon torpedo, also known by its NATO Codenamed “Status-6”, it is believed to be capable of traveling thousands of miles underwater before exploding off enemy shores, spreading deadly radiation and causing a tsunami.
