Pia Toscano and Noah Reid sang their countries' national anthems Saturday night before the first pitch of Game 7 of the tournament. World Series – and completely demolished the house.
Toscano, an “American Idol” contestant, sang “The Star-Spangled Banner,” and Reed, a dual U.S.-Canadian citizen, sang “O Canada.”

“See you tonight! World Series Game 7!” Toscano wrote in an Instagram Stories post. “It is a great honor for me to sing US anthem“
Reed also posted photos of himself on the Rogers Center field.
“It’s an honor to sing O Canada tonight at Game 7 of the World Series,” he captioned the Instagram post. “Anyone who knows me knows my unconditional love for Blue Jays. I'm so proud of this team, this city, this country, and I'm honored to be a part of this historic moment. LET’S GO BLUE JAY!!!”

Players and managers from both teams stood with their caps to their hearts as both songs were performed.
The Blue Jays nearly defeated the Dodgers in Game 6 on Friday night, but a valiant comeback attempt fizzled in the ninth inning as Los Angeles was able to turn the game into a double play.
