About two weeks before the exhibition fight against Jake PaulGervonta “Tank” Davis is back in trouble with the law.
Davis' ex-girlfriend Courtney Rossel files civil lawsuit in Miami claiming Davis beat her at work earlier this week, according to multiple sources.
Rossel claims Davis broke into the men's club where she worked as a VIP cocktail waitress early Monday morning and attacked her in a back room where there were no cameras. Davis allegedly dragged Rossel through the stairwell, kitchen and back exit before assaulting her in the garage.

Rossel, who had been in a relationship with Davis for five months before the incident, claims there were several other assaults, saying Davis “physically assaulted and choked” her on “at least” four occasions.
She also alleged that Davis made two written threats to kill her during September.
Rossel said she suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder and anxiety when living with other people because she doesn't feel safe.
